All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and the level of customization involved, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom or made-to-order designs

  • Ready-to-ship sets

  • Nail accessories

  • Digital products or downloads

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although all sales are final, customer satisfaction remains important to us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
